Wonderful rooms which were recently renovated, each equipped with mini-fridges and king-sized beds. Great breakfast offering a wide range of choices. - Fantastic staff throughout the property. - the pool area is also great.

The location and price was decent

Could feel the springs in the mattresses which we discovered had two pads covering them, but they weren't anchored down and they bunched up under the sheets while sleeping the toilet wouldn't flush without holding down the handle and then sometimes would keep running so we would have to jiggle it to shut it off the entry door flies into the bathroom door, could use a door stop the cord for opening the curtains was in the corner (farthest) away, had to climb between the bed and heater unit to open and close them. The day we were there was very cold, just had snow and cold weather come in. I had to wait for my ride (about a half hour after checking out of my room) out of there, in the lobby, which was freezing. You have a very nice fireplace in the entry of the lobby but it wasn't fired up, could've used it that day the price for the stay was $10 cheaper in a catalog in the room than what we paid .... because?

really great stay, as always. unique base for 1 night in superior, absolutely great and lovely hotel. reasonably spacious and newly renovated room and a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities inside. good service from the staff. nice pool area too.

The location by the lake was fantastic, the double room with a king-sized bed and microwave was enjoyable, and the provided air conditioning was a bonus.

The room is comfy and newly decorated. The bed is fine, slept really good.

Cozy room with a spacious king-sized bed and a handy mini-fridge 🛏️. The location was pretty peaceful too.

Pool, Sauna, Hot tub were in great shape, right temperature, and very very clean.

Beds were a little hard.

We really liked the restaurant. Excellent food at reasonable prices. So convenient to have such a good restaurant right in the hotel.

The bed was comfy and the room looked freshly updated. The staff provided awesome service all around. This place has a great location, close to golf courses and bars 🏌️‍♂️🍻.

Enjoyed the harbor experience...beautiful evenings and sunsets. Enjoyed biking and hiking in the area. Staff was helpful with information of the area.

Our first night's stay was very nice. We left and came back two days later and the room we were assigned was not of the same quality. (It was 2 doors from our lst stay.) It smelled of "wet dog"/animal urine.) We certainly will ask for a different room the next time. I'm just too nice to make a scene....so we endured the smell.

The hotel has top-class and helpful staff. The food is outstanding with lots of products for a very good breakfast. The location is stunning, adjacent to the boats, restaurant, bar, and the lake. The hotel offers good service and has an outdoor restaurant onsite. The pool is very clean and a great place to relax.

We like it because it is quiet and easy access. It is a beautiful location and staff is very accommodating and pleasant.

We were heading for a funeral in Silver Bay.

We were there for the Bodylab expo, a holistic, phycic fair. Overall it was a nice stay, the lobby was cold, the fire place in lobby wasn't working, and curtain in our room was broke, we couldn't draw it shut. The beds were better than last time I stayed there. Prior to this stay we switched rooms twice due to the hard beds...staff was great tho, they gave us a suite at no extra cost. This stay the bed was a lot better. I will stay again.
